On April 25, at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Junior Achievement Georgia held an entrepreneurial education forum. The forum was held within the framework of the USAID project “Entrepreneurial Education Support in Eastern Europe and Eurasia”. The project is implemented by 8 member countries of Junior Achievement: Europe (Belgium), Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, Moldova and Macedonia.
The event was attended by representatives of the implementing countries, USAID, business, government, educational and non-alcoholic sectors, as well as students participating in the program.
During the event, the best five companies of the “learning companies” created within the framework of the training program “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” were presented, as well as the “company of the year” was revealed, which will represent Georgia at the 29th competition of European “learning companies” in July 2018, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia http: //coyc.jaeurope.org/ .
“Company of the Year 2018” became the mini-company “Skill Board” of the N175 public school team of the city of Tbilisi.
Company members: Ani Gogoladze (president), Ani Kapanadze, Nata Jokhadze, Gkha Fitskhelauri, Tamar Mazmishvili, teacher – Tamar Morgoshia.
Mr. Gvaram Khandamishvili, a graduate of Junior Achievement Georgia, Deputy Director of the American Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, gave the prizes to the winning team.
