What is the Entrepreneurship Skills Pass (ESP)?
The Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) is a European certificate (for students aged 15-25 who participate or have participated in a JA student company, have acquired the necessary experience, skills and competences to start a business or be successfully employed. The certification involves having a full year of experience in setting up a mini-company; entrepreneurial Competence assessment, business and financial knowledge, and further opportunities from small and large businesses, higher education institutions and international organizations.
ESP gives the learner a standardized form/certificate that they possess entrepreneurial skills and competencies that give them a competitive advantage when entering the labor market, as well as increasing employability and providing employers with a clear picture of potential candidates.
The ESP exam is high-level and requires a student’s focus, critical and productive thinking. In addition to the company of students, direct instruction or individual training is required to prepare for the exam. For this, additional materials are available for the teacher and the student. To receive a certificate, students must register on the ESP website from November 15 to January 15, 2017 and fill out the first questionnaire on the website. At the end of the training, they have to fill the second questionnaire and write the final exam.
In order to register, the student must correctly enter his e-mail address and his first and last name, because a link will be sent to the e-mail to activate the profile, and the first and last name will not be changed.
