It is a unique social entrepreneurship pre-acceleration program, based on a hundred years of Junior Achievement experience, modern social entrepreneurship approaches and the Council of Europe’s Entrepreneurial Competencies Framework.
The program is developed and tested by Junior Achivment Lithuania. The program is successfully implemented in different European countries.
Built into the program is a digital literacy module that begins with an understanding of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and continues to use a variety of code-free applications and tools.
During the program, young people work in teams, create their own, real social enterprise, find investments and, of course, develop many useful skills.
The program is conducted by a teacher/trainer whose role is coaching and indirect teaching. Also, young people will have access to mentors and consultants who will help them turn their social enterprise into a successful startup.
