Innovation Camp
Innovation Camp is a 12-hour intensive idea generation event where students come together around a specific business challenge, about which they must present ideas and solve the problem using effective methods. Students will also learn how to develop and shape ideas in a limited time. They will have access to the tools, information and resources they need to work on their project.
Before the official opening of the event, the young people will be divided into groups (8 young people in each group) they may not know each other, so they should soon be able to adapt to the group and make a plan how to work together effectively.
After the formation of the teams, the young people will be introduced to a business challenge, which they will work on for 12 hours to come up with solutions to. This business task will be about specific and real problems of the industrial sector. This implies that they must deeply understand such issues, thoroughly study the industry, the state’s strategy of action and find goods and services that will help them solve the problem correctly and effectively. They will have experienced mentors from various business sectors who will provide intensive consultations, provide the necessary information and help implement ideas.
At the event, each team is required to present a business plan and a 4-minute presentation, according to which at the end of the day the jury will select the winning team.
The winning team will be awarded with symbolic gifts, and all participants of the event will be given a certificate recognized in 123 countries for participating in the “Innovation Camp”.
