Junior Achievement Georgia and PMI Tbilisi, Georgia seminars continue.
The second meeting will be devoted to the project initiation process , which will be chaired by Ms. Shorena Telidze , the leader of PMI Tbilisi, Georgia and the leading IT portfolio manager of Flutter International.
During the said meeting, young people will be able to determine how the project idea is created and what stages it goes through before its final form. They will also learn how project goals, values and performance indicators are formed and how important they are to project success.
The training will also discuss other necessary components for the formation of the project charter, such as: identification of interested parties (stakeholders), formation of a communication plan and, at the initial stage, assessment of project risks.
After the training, the participants will have the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge in practice, both in academic and professional activities.
Attendance at the seminar is free and a certificate of attendance will be issued.
The meeting is held within the framework of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project “Supporting Entrepreneurial Education in Europe and Eurasia”.
