The research paper reviews the structure of the existing ecosystem in Georgia – government, NGOs, grant and financial instruments, technical assistance and financing mechanisms. It describes in detail the process of investing in youth projects. It also identifies the main challenges and opportunities for implementing social innovation and strengthening social entrepreneurship in Georgia.
